Oooh Candy Bar

Oooh Candy Bar: That is this month's favorite cookie bar. This cookie bar tastes like a candy bar. Visit our website www.ilivefordessert.com and see if there are any desserts calling your name.

Many people have asked me how did I lose the weight and start toning up. So I have decided to share the path I started on. I first started exercising 0ne day a week the first month and cutting 50 calories from my diet.
The first month I only did the treadmill at 2.0 for 30 minutes  on manual setting 1 day a week.
The second month I worked out 2 times a week. The exercises I did yes I added more were the ski machine with arms ( it is an elliptical) for 28 minutes at level 3 and the treadmill  on the cardio routine at 2.7 for 31 minutes. It was hard but I did it.
The third month I started exercising 3 times a week. The exercises I did for that month were circuit training that is where you move from one machine to another one right after another 3 times in a row I did the rotation. Treadmill on the random routine at 2.8 for 31 minutes.
The fourth month I started working out 4 times a week. This month I started doing a  different exercise routine each day. 
Day 1: ski machine with arms 28 minutes at level 3, treadmill cardio routine 2.7 31 minutes.
Day 2: circuit training 3 times,treadmill random routine 2.8 31 minutes at level 3.The levels are inclines.
Day 3: treadmill cardio routine 2.7  57 minutes,ski machine with arms 8 minutes at level 3.
Day 4: ski machine with arms 28 minutes level 3, treadmill random routine level 3 at 2.9 for 33 minutes,situps 7 sets of 20.

My hope is that somebody will benefit from my journey. I will post more as I journey through yummy desserts and exercising.
