1. What kind of ingredients do you use?
We use Organic ingredients. Why because they are better quality,
2. What kinds of flour do you use?
We use whole grain for our standard Desserts. Why because they cause less irritation to your stomach, and less inflammation to your joints.
We use our own blend of Oat, All purpose Gluten Free, Almond for our Gluten Free Desserts.
Why because we found that we wanted a different texture, a moister texture.
3.What are your standard practices for Special Diets?
We know food allergies very well, our family has many food allergies, some VERY SEVERE.
We use separate bowls, utensils for nuts, and spices, we bake items in separate ovens to prevent cross contamination. We wash our hands thoroughly.
4. Do you offer Vegan? Yes we do in fact 40% of our orders are Vegan.
5. Do you offer Gluten Free? Yes we do 23% of our orders are Gluten Free up from 17% just 2 years ago.
6. Do you offer Sugar Free ? Yes we do being Borderline Diabetic we take this very seriously.
We use raw cane sugar to control our portions & use Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg to control highs and lows.
