Giving up dessert was simply not an option, but I struggled to find treats that tasted delicious, used better ingredients, and were reasonably priced. So, I started creating my own. I researched ingredient choices, learned more about balancing sweetness, and explored options like high-quality dark chocolate. Today, I use organic and premium ingredients whenever possible to create desserts that are full of flavor, fun, and personality. Dessert ideas are always swirling around in my head—sometimes I even dream about new creations!
